Place: El Tancat, a valley in the ravine of Les Pedraletes, Pla del Burgar. 80% Forge and 20% Olive Blossom. Olive growing ecological, centuries-old forged trees in extensive cultivation. Elaboration of unwashed olives, crushed daily, pressed vertically into coffins and decanted by gravity, folding the oil by hand. Two shifts, unfiltered. Flower oil obtained directly from the olive paste, without pressing or decanting. It’s fruity and elegant as can be!
