Exclusive Arbequina variety from Pinell de Brai, Terra Alta, where the Olive Trees have grown for centuries together with vineyards. Josep combines combine wine and olive oil production with the same philosophy. All handmade processes, unwashed olives, crushed daily, pressed vertically into coffins and decanted by gravity, folding the oil by hand and unfiltered. It’s a very robust, fruity, and full body olive oil. Perfect for salads!
